<\/a>The holidays have passed in a flash and the Tribe have spent the time outside as much as possible enjoying the glorious spring sunshine. \u00a0We have managed to catch up with many friends who we haven’t seen since we’ve been back and new friends we’ve made, but I feel that I need another week to recover. \u00a0<\/p>\n At the start of the holidays, with a friend away, the Eldest takes on the responsibility of bottle feeding her two lambs; with sport taking up much of the first week, this means that the lunchtime feed was left to me to do. \u00a0I have to admit that the lambs are very sweet and their coats are incredibly soft – just like lambswool in fact – funny that!<\/p>\n Friends from Dubai visit one day and we all walk across the fields for feeding time. \u00a0The day is glorious and watching the 7 children ahead of us reaffirms the magic of the countryside. \u00a0Even two of the cats decide to follow! \u00a0Having mixed up the milk, the lambs follow the Tribe and friends outside and quickly guzzle their lunch.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On the way back we stop to check on the calves and mothers; \u00a0does it get much better than this?!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Easter weekend, although rather colder than the rest of the holiday, is something of a chocolate fest and the Tribe gather more chocolate eggs on more Easter egg hunts than ever before.<\/p>\n I do ensure that one of the hunts at home does have questions of a more religious nature and FoTT and I are pretty impressed with the two children at Amport getting most of the questions right.<\/p>\n With the weather on Easter Sunday rather unpleasant, my parents take all of us plus my sister’s family to a circus while lunch is cooking. \u00a0Circus Ginnett is a traditional family circus with artists from across Europe and dates back to the early 1800s.<\/p>\n The ‘big top’ marquee has been erected in a field at Stubbings Nursery and it certainly takes the Tribe back to another time – no gadgets, just people with amazing skills; acrobats, fire jugglers on motorbikes, aerial gymnasts, a clown and even a circus dog! \u00a0Rather different Easter entertainment, but most definitely good old fashioned family fun.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a>
